If you wish to unlock the full potential of Rella, you need to have a business account that is connected to a Facebook page. You can connect any type of Instagram account on Rella (personal, creator, or business). What types of Instagram accounts does Rella support? You can save your drafts on Rella and add the date and time whenever you are ready. Yes! We know that not everything has an exact time and date when you are creating it and brainstorming. Can I schedule a post even though I don't know the date or time it will go live? However, you won't be able to see your feed, automatic goals, or auto-post. Yes! You can plan your content without linking any accounts. Yes! When creating a new post, select "Other" to plan out your podcast, blog, newsletter, or any other content! Can I plan content on Rella without linking my social media accounts? Does Rella support platforms that aren’t connected to social media? When posting manually, we make a copy of the media you selected, so that you can find them as most recent elements in your gallery. We want to make posting from Rella as quick and easy as possible for you. Why does Rella save a copy of my media when I manually post? Yes! We recommend you allow push notifications to get the best experience from Rella. Will Rella notify me when something is auto-posted or ready to post? We want to make sure Rella users are safe and not allow other third-party apps to harm your account. If other applications allow that, they are not legally complying with Instagram and you could get your account taken down. Unfortunately, Instagram does not allow third-party applications to auto-post your stories, Reels, or carousel images (yet!). In order to auto-post you must have a business account (not a Creator account) to support auto-posting.
